At Sullivan Brown, we are committed to working in partnership with our clients to help you deliver the best support to your people. Our Outplacement Programme is designed to equip people with the practical and mental skills they will need to navigate the job market and recruitment processes. Our team and network of associates have extensive experience and expertise to deliver the programme with the professionalism and empathy needed to guide and prepare your people as they enter the next stages of their job search.

Whether you are looking to help people prepare for an external job search or give them the best preparation for an internal recruitment process, this programme will give people vital skills and knowledge to help them move forward.

The Sessions

We are currently delivering our sessions virtually to observe social distancing. Each programme has a maximum of 6 delegates and is run as two sessions as follows:

Session 1: Personality Profiling, Career Coaching, Resilience and Confidence Building

Session 2: CV Writing, Overview of the Job Market, Job Boards and Social Networking, Interview Skills

Sessions can be delivered for one company or an open session for individual delegates.

Individual sessions are available for Senior/Executive level delegates.

Cost

Group sessions (up to 6 delegates from one company) - £2500 + vat for the two 3.5 hour sessions

Open Session for individual delegates - £300 + vat per delegate for the two 3.5 hour sessions

Individual Senior/Executive level – cost tbc depending on individual requirements
